Affiliate Disclosure

We believe in full transparency. This page explains exactly how PawPicks earns money and how — or how not — that affects what we recommend.

Short version: PawPicks earns a small commission when you buy through our links. This costs you nothing extra. It never influences which products we recommend.

Amazon Associates Program

PawPicks is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated Amazon stores worldwide.

When you click on an Amazon link on our site and make a purchase within 24 hours, we earn a small percentage of that sale — typically between 1% and 10% depending on the product category. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you click through our link or go to Amazon directly.

How It Works

Does This Affect Our Recommendations?

No. Our editorial decisions are completely independent of affiliate commissions. We do not rank products based on which ones pay higher commission rates. We do not feature products simply because they generate more revenue for us.

In fact, some of our top-ranked products — such as budget litters and basic open litter pans — generate very small commissions compared to premium alternatives. We recommend them anyway because they are genuinely the best option for many pet owners.

Other Affiliate Programs

In addition to Amazon, PawPicks may participate in other affiliate programs from time to time. Any such relationships will be disclosed clearly on the relevant pages.
